ROOMS
All rooms are freshly and tastefully decorated and are on the raised ground floor (access to the front door is up four steps).
Room 1 "the Tulip room"
is a Twin-bedded en-suite room full of light, overlooking the lovely garden of plants and rock. The beds can either be made up separately, or placed together to make a large double. The en-suite comprises bath with shower attachment, bidet, basin and WC.

Room 2 and 3 : The Roses’ Rooms
These pretty rooms are both double-bedded, and have their own handbasins. They share a good shower-room situated between the rooms, with WC and handbasin.
Room 2 is on the sunset-side of the house, overlooking the rear garden and the tranquil wooded area and, as it is smaller, is good for single occupancy. Room 3 is on the sun-rise side, looking over the silver-birch tree and small front garden and is for double-occupancy.
They are very suitable for three people travelling together, or for two single people who don’t mind sharing the shower-room. However, if couples wish to stay and have the shower-room to themselves, that would be possible too, subject to availability – the room rate would be higher in that case as the other room would not be let.
Room 2: Double bed, with hand-basin, for one person. Sunset-side.
Room 3: Double bed, with hand-basin for one or two people. Sunrise-side.
These rooms share the shower room and WC, situated between the two bedrooms.

Room 4 "the Ruby room" :
is another very comfortable double room with double bed which overlooks the plant-filled garden at the front of the house (set back from the quiet road). It has its own “salle d’eau” – room with shower, basin and small bathtub and separate WC but these are not en suite but are just outside the room down the corridor.
